A dictionary word for a name
Zlata is simply the Slavic word for golden used as a name, and Bulgarian, Serbian, Czech and Ukrainian all have it. Unlike most of the names on this site, it needs no etymology: the meaning is the word. English built no version of its own, so the spelling here is a straight transliteration from Cyrillic that happens to keep the letters one for one. Golda and Aurelia carry the same idea through Hebrew and Latin and count as entirely separate strings.
The last row never reaches nine

Because the name has just two vowels and both are A, the lightest letter in either table. Two ones make two, and there is nothing to fold at all.
The Ukrainian spelling matches letter for letter — do the numbers?
Here they do: Злата gives 6, 2 and 4 as well, out of quite different letter weights. The Russian table sends those same five letters to 3, 2 and 1 instead.
