1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of num.is and its associated calculators, readings, and reports (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, or by purchasing a reading, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What num.is is

num.is provides numerology calculators and interpretive readings for personal insight and entertainment. The readings are generated from the information you enter (such as a name and date of birth). They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not professional advice. Nothing in a reading is a substitute for advice from a qualified medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase a reading. By using the paid Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Free and paid readings

Some readings are available free of charge; others are paid digital products. A paid reading is delivered electronically (on screen and, where offered, as a downloadable file or by email link) immediately after your payment is confirmed. The specific content and format of each reading are described at the point of purchase.

5. Orders, prices and taxes

Prices are shown before you complete a purchase and may vary by region. Where required, applicable taxes are included or added at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. By submitting an order you authorise the charge shown at checkout.

6. Immediate access to digital content

A reading is digital content supplied instantly. By purchasing and choosing to access it immediately, you ask us to begin delivery right away. Where a statutory cancellation ("cooling-off") right would otherwise apply, you acknowledge that it is lost once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by law. 7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its text, calculators, interpretations, design, and branding, is owned by num.is or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. A reading you purchase is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it, or use the Service to build a competing product.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it by automated means without permission, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may update, change, or discontinue calculators or content at any time. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, num.is is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any decision made in reliance on a reading. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand what we collect and how we use it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
