One spelling, three traditions
Adam comes from Hebrew adam, tied to adamah, ground or earth, and in the opening chapters of Genesis the word serves as both a name and the ordinary term for a human being. It entered Jewish, Christian and Islamic tradition with its shape almost untouched, which is unusual — most names bend as they cross languages. English has kept the same four letters since Old English, while Adan, Adem and Adão are the same name reshaped elsewhere.

Through the Russian table it does. Д is 5 and М is 3 rather than 4 and 4, but the two shifts cancel each other and all three results land where they do here. Ukrainian scores those letters 6 and 8 and breaks the match.
Are Adan and Adem the same name?
They are the same name in Spanish and Turkish, and different spellings for this calculation. Swapping M for N, or A for E, changes a letter value, and across four letters that moves the total.
Why does the Personality need no reduction?
Because D and M add to exactly 8, already a single digit. Most spellings give a two-digit consonant sum that has to be folded again before it can be read.
