Xenia, hospitality and a name
The name is Greek Xenia, from xenos — stranger and guest at once, since one word covered both sides of the relation. Classicists still write xenia untranslated for the Homeric code of guest-friendship, while xenophobia keeps the other half of the meaning. English has used Xenia since the nineteenth century; Ksenia is the later spelling that arrived with Russian and Ukrainian bearers, and the two strings are counted apart.
Where the English sum leaves the Russian
K 2, S 1, E 5, N 5, I 9, A 1 — twenty-three, reducing to an Expression of 5. The Russian spelling reaches 32 by an entirely different route and reduces to 5 as well, and both land on a Soul Urge of 1, so two of the three numbers survive the change of alphabet. The third does not. Here K, S and N total 8 with nothing left to fold; in Russian those same three consonants weigh 1, 8 and 4 for a Personality of 4.

Are Xenia and Ksenia the same for this calculation?
No. X is worth 6 and stands where K and S together are worth 3, so the total, the consonant sum and two of the three numbers all change.
Why do two of the numbers match the Russian spelling?
Coincidence of arithmetic. Twenty-three and thirty-two both fold to 5, and the vowel sums 10 and 19 both fold to 1, out of different tables.
Is Ksenia related to Oksana?
Through the Greek root, yes. As spellings they are unrelated: Oksana carries an O and a second A, and every one of its numbers differs.
