Helen, Elena and the missing H
Elena is the Italian, Spanish and Russian form of Greek Ἑλένη, the name antiquity attached to the Trojan War. English uses Elena, Helen, Helena and Ellen side by side, and the H is the whole difference between two of them — one letter worth 8, dropped or kept. That is a good illustration of why this method never treats related names as one: the shared history does not survive the arithmetic.
Three letters at the same value
The five letters add to 19 and reduce to an Expression of 1. Both E letters and the N are each worth 5, so three of the five carry identical weight — the name is unusually flat in that sense. The consonants L and N give 8 directly, with no reduction needed. Through the soul cipher the vowels E, E and A count 3, 3 and 1, and the Soul Urge is 7. Adding an H at the front, as Helena does, changes all three numbers at once.

Why did the Personality number not need reducing?
Its two consonants add to 8, which is already a single digit. Short names with light consonants often land there directly.
