A name English borrowed whole
Oksana is Ukrainian, a form of Greek Xenia — from xene, guest or stranger — that separated from its parent and became a name in its own right. English never built a version of its own: the spelling here is a transliteration, which is why it keeps the K that English would write as X in Xenia. Oksana, Ksenia and Xenia are three different strings of letters and three different sums.
Where the sixteen comes from
The six letters total 16, a low figure for a six-letter name, because four of them sit in the first two columns of the table. Why is O worth 6 in the table but 4 for the Soul Urge?
