Oksana: name numerology
Six letters, and the three consonants K, S and N add to exactly 8, so the Personality number arrives without any folding. The full spelling totals 16 for an Expression of 7, while the vowel cipher puts the Soul Urge at 6.

Oksana, letter by letter
Each letter carries its value from this language’s table. They add to 16, which reduces to an Expression number of 7.

| s | 1 |
| a | 1 |
| n | 5 |
| a | 1 |

The breakdown above uses this language’s letter table. The Soul Urge is built from a separate vowel cipher, so adding up the values in this list will not reproduce it.
A name English borrowed whole
Oksana is Ukrainian, a form of Greek Xenia — from xene, guest or stranger — that separated from its parent and became a name in its own right. English never built a version of its own: the spelling here is a transliteration, which is why it keeps the K that English would write as X in Xenia. Oksana, Ksenia and Xenia are three different strings of letters and three different sums.
Where the sixteen comes from
The six letters total 16, a low figure for a six-letter name, because four of them sit in the first two columns of the table. O is heaviest at 6 and N follows at 5, while the consonants K, S and N come to 8, which is already a single digit and needs no reduction. The vowels go through the other cipher, where O drops from 6 to 4 and each A stays at 1, giving a Soul Urge of 6. The same O therefore carries two different weights on this page.

Is Ksenia the same name as Oksana?
Historically the same root, but not the same spelling: Ksenia has no O and no second A, so all three numbers move.
Why does the Personality number not reduce?
Because K, S and N add to 8, which is already one digit. Reduction only happens once a sum runs to two digits or more.
Why is O worth 6 in the table but 4 for the Soul Urge?
The Soul Urge uses a separate vowel cipher instead of the main table, and the two disagree on most vowels. Among the everyday vowels, only A keeps the same value in both.
