Two Greek words, and the same two reversed
Theodoros joins theos, god, to doron, gift. Swap the halves and you have Dorotheos, which English knows as Dorothea — the same two elements in the other order, a habit Greek naming used freely. The English form arrived through Latin and stayed rare until the presidency of Theodore Roosevelt, whose nickname was borrowed for a stuffed bear in 1902. It is now fourth in the United States and ninth in England and Wales.
