The Four gains what they cannot generate: ease, contacts, and the knack of presenting finished work so that somebody notices it. The Three gains what their schemes usually collapse without: dates, order, and a person who carries a thing to the end after it has stopped being interesting. As a working duo it reads as a good shopfront-and-workshop split; domestically it is a house that is both comfortable and in working order.
What 3 and 4 keep tripping over
Their sense of time. For a Four an agreement is an obligation; for a Three it is an intention that may be revised if something better appears. The Four reads lateness and rescheduling as disrespect, the Three reads it as ordinary flexibility and genuinely cannot see why the reaction is that size.
